Brief Project Description: RoofTech have been awarded the contract to replace the old double skin coated steel roof covering using new Kingspan KS1000RW QuadCore composite panels. This will provide a new guaranteed roof covering with thermal and fire performance to comply with 2022 Building Regulations. Other works include refurbishment of the perimeter gutter using a bespoke single ply membrane lining system.
