Brief Project Description: There were signs of cracking to the fragile fibre-cement Roof Sheets and flashings, however, the majority of water ingress was associated with the small capacity valley gutter and loose roof sheet fixings. RoofTech were awarded the contract to replace the outer roof sheeting with new colour coated steel complete with large capacity single ply membrane lined valley gutter system.
