Brief Project Description: RoofTech have been awarded the contract to over-sheet the complete asbestos-cement covered roof area to this working warehouse/office unit using colour coated steel sheeting including quilt insulation to meet current Building Regulations. The galvanised steel eaves and valley gutters will be refurbished in conjunction with the roofing works using high performance single ply membrane based lining system.
