Works are progressing well to replace the old asbestos-cement roof covering using Joris Ide JI1000 composite panels. This will provide a new guaranteed roof covering with thermal and fire performance to comply with Building Regulations. Other works will include a new high performance single ply membrane lining system to the eaves gutters.
