Works are progressing well at our project in Essex which involves the replacement of a flat roof over a junior school sports hall.
The old flat roof covering has now been stripped back to the purlins, with new Kingspan Topdek insulated panels being installed.
The Kingspan Topdek Quadcore panel is a single component, factory assembled roof deck with an insulation core to meet current Building Regulations and single-ply PVC membrane finish. All joints and details are homogeneously sealed on site using hot air welding equipment.
