Work in Progress – Essex

Roofing works are progressing well at our site in Essex. The existing asbestos-cement roof sheeting is being replaced with new Kingspan KS1000RW Quadcore insulated panels which offers exceptional thermal performance, energy saving and environmental benefits. The new 115mm thick panels will provide a U value of less than 0.16W/m2/°C to meet current Building Regulations for heated buildings (Part L2B-2022). Other works will include new coated steel external eaves gutters and solar PV panel system to produce approximately 75,000kWh of clean electricity per year.
