Work in Progress at Watford

Works are progressing well at our site in Watford.

Approximately 1,500m2 of metal sheets, rooflights, quilt, spacer bar system, old asbestos-cement roof sheets and plasterboard lining boards have now been replaced using new Kingspan KS1000RW QuadCore insulated composite panels incorporating DLTR polycarbonate translucent panels. The existing asbestos-cement gutters were replaced with Fatra lined metal gutters and the existing asbestos-cement downpipes replaced with new uPVC items of matching size. The vertical re-cladding works are due to commence mid-April and we are looking forward to seeing the final transformed look once they are completed.
