RoofTech have recently undertaken an Oversheeting project for a national storage company involving two roof areas totalling approximately 1,700 sq. metres. After many years of suffering random leaks and costly repair work by maintenance contractors the decision was made to install a new insulated roof covering whilst concealing the unnecessary and problematic rooflights. Brickwork parapet walls were fully encapsulated and all gutters were refurbished with an Ampteam Unifold lining system with increased capacity where possible.
This was successfully completed with limited site space however effective coordination and communication between all parties ensured minimal disruption to business operations during the project.
