Project Description: RoofTech have been awarded the project to strip the existing asbestos-cement roof sheets and glazing to this garage unit in Bristol. The new roof covering will be Kingspan composite panels comprising 115mm thick Quadcore insulation which will provide a U value of less than 0.16W/m2/deg C to meet current Building Regulations. Other works include replacement of the existing eaves gutters and lining of a valley gutter with a new Fatra system manufactured from PVC single ply membrane.
