Brief Project Description: RoofTech have been awarded the second phase of works to replace an old defective flat roof using Kingspan KS1000TD TopDek insulated composite panels. This will provide a new guaranteed roof covering with thermal and fire performance to comply with Building Regulations. As is common with school projects this will be carefully planned to be undertaken during the Summer holiday period to minimise disruption to the site operations.
