Roofing and Cladding Refurbishment in Wiltshire

Project Description: RoofTech have been awarded a contract to carry out roofing and cladding replacement to an industrial building in Wiltshire.

The existing profiled steel roof sheeting and a redundant extract fan will be replaced using new plastisol coated steel roof sheets complete with GRP translucent panels to provide natural daylight inside the building. The new roof covering will include purpose made colour matched flashings, high performance fixings and sealed laps to ensure a durable and weathertight finish.

Works to the vertical elevation will involve removing the corroded steel wall cladding, louvres and supporting steelwork. These will be replaced with new galvanised steel sheeting rails followed by a new plastisol coated steel cladding system with vertical GRP  daylight panels.
