The client required complete external refurbishment of the roof and walls to this electrical sub-station in East Sussex. Our works included:
ROOF: Removal of slates and installation of polythene vapour control layer, lightweight galvanised steel spacer bar system, non-combustible quilt insulation, 3″ profile plastisol coated steel sheeting and single ply membrane laminated steel gutters.
WALLS: Installation of bespoke galvanised steel top-hat spacers, non-combustible quilt insulation and 3″ profile plastisol coated steel sheeting.
