Roof Replacement Works in Progress – Lymington, Hampshire

Works are progressing well at our site in Lymington, Hampshire. The existing single skin metal sheeting has been replaced with a new profiled coated steel sheeting system, including new glass reinforced plastic (GRP) rooflights to allow natural light into the building.

Other works include installing a new purpose made Fatra gutter lining system manufactured from PVC single ply membrane. This system provides a continuous waterproofing barrier so liquids cannot penetrate making it highly effective. Once installed, it requires minimal maintenance reducing long-term costs.
