Roof Oversheeting System in Hendon

Brief Project Description:

Having previously completed successful roof oversheeting works to Units 6, 7, 8 and 12, we are pleased to be returning to the site to deliver another high-quality roofing project.

The works involve installing a new lightweight galvanised steel spacer bar system fixed directly to the purlins through the existing asbestos cement roof. This method provides a secure fixing while protecting the fragile roof sheets from damage.

We will also install new glass fibre quilt insulation across approximately 440 square meters of roof area to improve the thermal performance.

To complete the refurbishment, we will fit a new single-skin steel roof covering in Goosewing Grey colour, finished with durable plastisol coating for long-lasting weather protection and appearance.
