Brief Project Description: RoofTech have been awarded the contract to replace a very old and fragile asbestos-cement school roof covering using Kingspan insulated composite panels. With its unique QuadCore insulation technology, this roofing solution offers exceptional thermal performance, energy saving and environmental benefits. This lightweight design and it’s excellent resistance to fire, moisture and pollutants provides a safe roofing solution which complies with Building Regulations. Other works include a redundant vent removal and replacing approximately 34 linear meters of external guttering.
