RoofTech have been awarded the contract to replace the old asbestos-cement roof covering using new Kingspan KS1000RW and KS1000TD QuadCore composite panels. This will provide a new guaranteed roof covering with thermal and fire performance to comply with Building Regulations. Other works include an overlay system to 2no. flat roofs using a Protan PVC single ply membrane and vertical cladding re-painting works using a Tikkurila Temadur system.
