Brief Project Description: RoofTech have been awarded the contract to over-sheet the deteriorated felt covered pitched roof to this changing room building with new colour coated steel sheeting including non-combustible quilt insulation to meet 2022 Building Regulations and reduce heat loss. Other works will include replacement of uPVC half-round eaves gutters with new Highline type coated steel gutters.
