Brief Project Description: The existing profiled steel roof sheeting is suffering from delamination of the protective plastisol coating, deterioration of fixings and rust corrosion to end lap details. RoofTech have been awarded the contract to over-sheet the complete duo-pitch roof with new colour coated steel sheeting including quilt insulation to meet current Building Regulations. The existing uPVC guttering will be replaced using new coated steel Highline guttering of matching colour complete with new rainwater pipes.
