Brief Project Description: The existing profiled steel roof sheeting is suffering from delamination of the protective plastisol coating, deterioration of fixings and rust corrosion to end lap details. RoofTech have been awarded the contract to over-sheet the complete slope with new colour coated steel sheeting including quilt insulation to meet current Building Regulations. The existing gutter will be lined with a Fatra gutter lining system including the replacement of the vertical parapet cladding and capping.
