Project Win at Heathrow Airport

Project Description: RoofTech have been awarded the contract to over-sheet the original pitched roof covering at this refuelling depot located airside at London Heathrow Airport. The new roof will comprise colour coated steel sheeting with the inclusion of non-combustible quilt insulation to reduce heat loss and meet current Building Regulations. The new roof covering has been designed to oversail the original undersized box gutters, allowing us to install new external Highline type eaves gutters of larger capacity. Working airside brings its own challenges such as enhanced security checks for our site operatives and detailed planning of work activities.
