Brief Project Description:
The building has recently been acquired by the new owner who recognised the importance of providing their tenant a long awaited new roof covering to prevent water ingress and improve the natural lighting levels within the work environment.
The simple solution was an oversheeting system to minimise site disruption and waste disposal costs of hazardous asbestos-cement roof sheeting. New insulation will be incorporated up to Building Regulation standards to control Summer thermal gain and Winter heat loss. The guttering shall be refurbished to improve drainage performance to meet modern day design standards whilst also improving the overall aesthetic appearance.
