Brief Project Description: Refurbishment of an old asbestos-cement roof covering using an insulated Oversheeting system comprising profiled coated steel sheeting, galvanised steel spacer bar system and glassfibre quilt insulation. Rooflights will be replaced beforehand and new rooflights incorporated within the Oversheeting to radically improve natural lighting levels. Eaves gutters will be replaced and valley gutter relined completing the refurbishment.
Permanent safe access equipment to be installed upon completion allowing easy access for regular gutter cleaning and plant maintenance.
Scaffolding and fall arrest netting to be installed prior to commencing including provision of all relevant Health & Safety documentation.
