Brief Project Description: RoofTech successfully tendered and have been awarded a project in Crawley involving the replacement of two asbestos-cement pitched roofs using Kingspan insulated composite panels to meet with current Building Regulations Part L2B whilst upgrading EPC ratings. The roof shall feature a new rooflight layout to suit the Solar PV system installation providing a future renewable energy source for prospective tenants. The guttering will be relined to resolve previous leak issues whilst increasing capacity to improve the future drainage performance.
