Brief Project Description: Roof Refurbishment, Strip & Re-Sheet

RoofTech have replaced the single skin asbestos-cement roof sheets with new Kingspan KS1000RW QuadCore composite panels. This guaranteed roof covering with thermal and fire performance complies with Building Regulations and will provide a U value of less than 0.18 W/sq.m/deg.C, aiming to improve energy efficiency and reduce heat loss within the building. Other works included the installation of a high performance gutter lining systems to three boundary eaves gutters and the reinstatement of the Solar PV panels.
