Brief Project Description: RoofTech have now completed the replacement of a very old and fragile asbestos-cement school roof covering using new Kingspan insulated composite panels. With its unique QuadCore insulation technology, this roofing solution offers exceptional thermal performance, energy saving and environmental benefits. This lightweight design and it’s excellent resistance to fire, moisture and pollutants provides a safe roofing solution which complies with Building Regulations. Other works included removal of a redundant vent and replacement of external guttering.
