Brief Project Description: RoofTech have successfully completed over-sheeting works using new colour coated steel sheeting including non-combustible quilt insulation to reduce heat loss and meet current Building Regulations (Part L2B for heated and cooled buildings). The original profiled steel roof covering was suffering from delamination of the protective plastisol coating, rust corrosion to end laps, deteriorated fixings and poorly sealed flashings. The new roof covering is now covered by a 10 year labour warranty against water ingress and 30 year roof sheet coating warranty. All works were completed within timescale and budget.
