Brief Project Description:  The original steel roof sheeting was suffering from delamination of the protective plastisol coating, deterioration of fixings and rust corrosion to end lap details. RoofTech have now installed a new over-sheeting system to the complete duo-pitch roof using new colour coated steel sheeting including non-combustible quilt insulation to meet current Building Regulations. The existing uPVC guttering has been replaced using new coated steel Highline guttering of matching colour complete with new rainwater pipes.
