Project Completion in Stanwell, Staines

RoofTech have recently completed works to replace the worn outer skin of the existing glassfibre reinforced polyester (GRP) rooflight panels with new translucent (GRP) sheeting. This will improve natural daylight within the building while providing a safe, non-fragile roofing solution for the future.

The project also included repairs to two areas of the existing flat roof where deterioration had occurred. The repairs were carried out using a new felt roofing system to improve weatherproofing and help extend the life of the roof.

Additional works included repairs around the roof access hatch, reinstatement of existing handrails, and improvements to the flashing details to provide a durable, watertight finish.
