Project Completion in Partridge Green, West Sussex

RoofTech have recently completed an 800m² roof over-sheeting project in Partridge Green, West Sussex.

The existing fragile asbestos-cement roof had been suffering from water ingress, poor natural lighting and maintenance challenges. Our solution was to install a new non-fragile over-sheeting system, complete with replacement rooflights to maximise natural daylight and upgrade the building’s thermal performance to meet current Building Regulations and Building Control requirements.

The project also included the installation of new eaves gutters and downpipes to enhance drainage and the building’s appearance, together with the temporary removal and reinstatement of the existing solar PV system.

The completed roof is backed by a 10-year RoofTech labour Guarantee against water ingress and a 30-year manufacturer’s roof sheet coating warranty, providing the client with long-term confidence in the performance of their new roofing system.
