Brief Project Description:  RoofTech have now completed the contract to replace the single skin asbestos-cement sheeting using Kingspan KS1000RW QuadCore composite panels. This has provided a new guaranteed roof covering with thermal and fire performance to comply with Building Regulations.  To improve drainage performance and minimise the risk of overflowing, a new Fatra gutter liner comprising 1.2mm thick PVC membrane was also installed.
