Project Completion in Devon

Location: Devon Approximate size: 1300m2 Brief Project Description:  RoofTech have now achieved practical completion on this roof replacement project in Devon. The original steel roof covering has now been replaced using new Kingspan KingZip 1000 insulated composite panels in Merlin Grey. This will provide a new guaranteed roof covering with thermal and fire performance to comply with 2022 Building Regulations. Other works included the installation of McKenzie Martin Mackridge SV vents in a matching colour and a bespoke single ply membrane lining system to the eaves gutters.
