Brief Project Description:  RoofTech have completed the contract to remove the existing double skin asbestos-cement sheeting and replace with Kingspan insulated composite panels. This has provided a new guaranteed roof covering with thermal and fire performance to comply with current Building Regulations. Other works included replacement of the existing single-skin GRP rooflights with Kingspan DLTR insulated rooflights and a new gutter lining membrane to the shared valley gutter.
