This electrical sub-station at Heathrow suffered from historic water ingress due to a shallow central valley gutter and suspect internal downpipes. An attempt had been made to line the gutter, but the problems continued.
RoofTech were invited to site and we specified a bespoke flat-to-pitch roof conversion system.
The works are now complete with all rainwater draining into an external eaves gutter system and downpipe to prevent any further risks of water ingress.
