Brief Project Description: We have recently completed a project involving the Oversheet of an original asbestos-cement sheeted roof using galvanized steel spacer bars, glassfibre quilt insulation and single-skin coated steel sheeting.
The buildings natural lighting was enhanced by the original rooflights being fully replaced to match existing layout.
The valley gutter drainage was improved with an enlarged liner profile to meet modern design requirements complete with new rainwater pipework.
External guttering and soffits/fascia were replaced using matching coated steel products to complete the new buildings appearance.
The building remained fully operational throughout the project with careful planning and effective communication between the client and ourselves. The project was completed on programme and we look forward to working together again in the future.
