Brief Project Description:

RoofTech have recently completed the replacement of a failed flat roof using an insulated built-up felt membrane system to meet with current Building Regulations Part L2B and providing a long standing Manufacturer’s Warranty. Redundant plant plinths were removed, dome rooflights were replaced and internal pipe modifications were carried out to resolve historic leak issues whilst improving future drainage performance.
