Brief Project Description: RoofTech have been awarded a project in North London involving the overlay of an existing single ply membrane using a secret-fix Euroclad SF500 steel sheeting system (40 Year Coating Warranty) to suit the low-pitch application complete with additional glass fibre quilt insulation to improve thermal performance and prevent condensation within the construction.
A permanent handrail system to the roof perimeter and PV panel system will be installed to provide both safe access and a renewable energy source for the building.
