Our client’s roof had reached the end of its life and was in need of complete refurbishment. We were employed to install a new over-sheeting system comprising lightweight galvanised steel spacer bars, non-combustible glassfibre quilt insulation, plastisol coated single skin steel sheeting and weathering flashings with filler blocks.
Other works included the installation of a new fall restraint safety line system to allow future access for maintenance and a new laminated PVC single ply membrane gutter lining system.
