Oversheeting Works in Progress – Eastbourne

We are progressing well on this over-sheeting project to two industrial units totalling approximately 1800m2. The new over-sheeting system includes non-combustible glassfibre quilt insulation to help reduce heat loss and meet current Building Regulations (Part L2B – 2022).

The tenants were experiencing severe water ingress along the shared valley gutter, therefore other works include a purpose made gutter lining system which will increase capacity and improve drainage performance to alleviate further issues.
