We have now completed the refurbishment of this office block flat roof in Hampshire. The original bituminous based flat roof covering had been previously repaired and partially overlaid, however a long-term solution was required due to continued water ingress. RoofTech were awarded the contract which involved removal of all stone chippings, removal of old overlay felt, installation of new recovery board and a new high performance elastomeric felt covering with 15 year guarantee.
