New Insulated Roof Covering and Solar PV System

Works are now complete at our site in Surrey.

The original 2100m2 asbestos-cement roof covering has now been replaced using new Kingspan KS1000RW insulated composite panels to meet current Building Regulations (Part L2B) complete with polycarbonate panels to provide natural daylight. A new 249kWp solar PV system is now fully installed and commissioned. This includes a K2 mounting system and Trinasolar Vertex S+ panels with SolarEdge optimizers and inverters. Additional works included extensive repairs to the original concrete frame and installation of new single ply membrane laminated gutter liners, coated steel eaves gutters and roof mounted safety line system to allow future access for maintenance. The outstanding efforts of all involved has resulted in a fantastic installation that was completed in challenging weather conditions.
