Brief Project Description:
RoofTech have recently completed an Oversheeting refurbishment project in Mitcham of approximately 700 sq.m involving the encapsulation of the existing problematic asbestos-cement roof sheeting and inclusion of 260mm thick glassfibre quilt insulation to achieve Building Regulations, complete with a 25 Year Sheet Manufacturer’s Warranty and RoofTech Workmanship Warranty.
The existing brickwork parapet walls were also contributing to the on-going problems of water ingress and therefore their full encapsulation using profiled steel sheeting and matching flashings provided the perfect solution.
The client reported a ‘Very well managed project’ with ‘workforce on site very polite and very helpful’ which gave us great satisfaction with another satisfied customer.
