Gutter Refurbishment Options

At RoofTech, we carry out various types of gutter refurbishment ranging from coating joints to complete replacement. Below are two examples of recent gutter refurbishment projects that were completed on time and in budget:

Eaves Gutter Replacement

An Electrical Wholesaler in Gloucester required their front Eaves gutter to be replaced. Utilising appropriate PPE, RoofTech removed the existing asbestos-cement box gutter and disposed of it in accordance with all legislation relating to the hazardous waste. A new 2mm GAM (galvanised after manufacture) steel box gutter was installed in its place.

Valley Gutter Liner

One of our experienced surveyors was called out to survey a leaking valley gutter in Cheltenham. After inspecting the gutter, we recommended the Unifold gutter liner as the most suitable solution which could be installed with minimum disruption. Unifold is only fitted by approved installers and all systems are guaranteed against leaks or product deterioration for a period of 20 years.

The Unifold gutter lining system uses hinges allowing access to the void between sheets and then re-opens, maximising the girth of the original gutter.
