The existing membrane had failed on this sensitive electrical sub-station building in Kent.
The roof covering was stripped down to the decking and replaced using a new Axter Starcoat PMMA Liquid Applied waterproofing system with 20 year product warranty.
Starcoat is a flame-free and rapid cure PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) resin waterproofing system providing a fully adhered waterproofing layer with British Board of Agrément (BBA) approval.
