Following a competitive tendering process we have been awarded this contract in West Sussex.
The existing bitumen based felt covering to the office flat roof has reached the end of its serviceable life. Our works include removal of the stone chippings, preparation of underlying roof surfaces, installation of a PUR rigid recovery board and fully adhered Protan EX-A single ply membrane. All joints, laps and abutments within the Protan PVC membrane are welded on site using hot air equipment. Other works as part of this contract include a single ply based valley gutter lining system, purpose made colour coated steel parapet encapsulation flashings and PVCu shiplap vertical cladding.
