Brief Project Description: RoofTech have been awarded the contract to over-sheet this deteriorated metal pitched roof using new colour coated steel sheeting including non-combustible quilt insulation to reduce heat loss and meet current Building Regulations (Part L2B – 2022). Other works will include lining of gutters and re-painting of vertical elevations.
