Brief Project Description: RoofTech have been awarded the contract to refurbish this large warehouse roof in West London. The works comprise replacement of the existing coated steel top skin to include new non-combustible insulation which will meet current Building Regulations (Part L2B – 2022). Other works will include new GRP translucent panels to maintain natural daylight, single ply membrane gutter liners, large scale solar PV panel system, new internal drainage and new internal LED lighting.
