Brief Project Description: RoofTech have been awarded the contract to replace the old coated asbestos-cement warehouse roof covering using Kingspan KS1000RW QuadCore composite panels. This will provide a new guaranteed roof covering with thermal and fire performance to comply with Building Regulations. The concrete structure shall require some additional steelwork preparation to avoid potential damage by drilling. The client specifically requires no rooflights to reduce thermal gain and maintain temperature control within the building for their medical stock conditioning. Other works will include Solar PV panel removal and reinstatement and new single ply membrane laminated lining system to all gutters.
