Contract Win in SE London

Location: South East London    Approximate size: 700m2   Brief Project Description:  RoofTech have been awarded the contract to replace the old asbestos-cement roof covering using Kingspan KS1000RW QuadCore insulated composite panels including polycarbonate units to provide natural daylight. This will give our customer a new guaranteed roof covering with thermal and fire performance to comply with Building Regulations (Part L2B – 2022). Other works include replacement of gutters using single ply laminated items, replacement of corroded steel zed purlins and replacement of the flat roof area using a Danosa BBA Approved insulated bituminous felt system with 20 year guarantee.
