Brief Project Description: Following the successful completion of Phase 1 in 2018, RoofTech have been awarded the contract to over-sheet the deteriorated asbestos-cement pitched roof to this unit with new colour coated steel sheeting including non-combustible quilt insulation to reduce heat loss. Other works will include replacement of the eaves gutters and lining of valley gutters.
