The existing single ply membrane covering to this flat roof has deteriorated, allowing water ingress in numerous locations. Patch repairs have been carried out using a variety of materials, however a long-term solution was now required.
A detailed roof survey and core samples were carried out by our surveyor and the technical manager from Protan UK. A scope of works was produced which recommended stripping the roof down to the original mastic asphalt surface, with a new roof covering being installed using rigid insulation boards followed by Protan PVC based single ply membrane.
Works will begin early January 2023.
